Elaine Pei
is a professional custom jewelry designer working with precious
metals and stones since 1978 and is the lead designer for Philip R.
Cooper jewelers. There she designs pieces of art everyday since
1982. Prior to opening
the Bridgewater store she
worked as a designer at Royal Gem Co. in
New York
City.
Elaine is
a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in
New
York with a
major in Jewelry design and minor in Fine Arts. Accomplished in all facets
of fine jewelry creation, Elaine takes extra pleasure in designing
custom pieces for individuals and turning their ideas into
reality.
With over
25 years of experience, Elaine has long-term relationships with
reputable stone dealers in New
York,
London and
Belgium. There is
where she gets the finest, most brilliant of all stones to ensure
your satisfaction.
We can custom make
jewelry from drawings or pictures you provide or we can work with
you to design and create your very own one-of-a-kind jewelry. We also carry the latest
creations from Europe and
Asia and
certified GIA, AGS and

Appraisal
Appraisals are
done for purposes of Insurance, Estates, Taxes, Damages,
Distribution, Liquidation, Mediation, Valuations, Pre-Sale
Verification, and many more.
Unfortunately, most insurance companies limit your total
jewelry losses to $2,500 or less. Unless you have your jewelry
appraised and placed on a separate Schedule, your household policy

Repair
From
soldering to stone replacement, we can do it. Minor repairs, such as
clasp replacements can usually made while you wait. Extensive
repairs will be sent to our workshop in
New
York for
expert repairs.
Philip R.
Cooper has an on-site repair facility for basic watch battery and
strap replacement. Whether it's your everyday or special occasion
